Have enjoyed excellent service. - very reliable (arrived early), was honest about what had to be done urgently, completed works and cleaned up and even repacked my cupboard shelf, would highly recommend my tradesman for future works and would not hesitate to use him again. Thank you.

We have four tolets in our house that sit one above the other and use one pipe, the problem we have is when on the flushing the toilet on the first floor we have a noise that sounds like a loud drone which only stops when you turn on the cold water tap, also the cistern in two toilets takes a long time to fill. We are on a water meter and are therefore waiting money as we have to leave the tap runnin for some time.
Rob did an excellent job in our bathrooms, even when he came to look at the job he knew exactly what needed to be done and summed it up in minutes, he did not try to rip us off, He did the work both quickly and tidied up afterwards, he also gave us some useful tips. We would recommend him to anyone and will without a doubt use him again. It makes a change to feel like you have had a good job done at a reasonable rate.

We have a double bath with one larger end that requires a new shower door as ours has broken. We would like someone to recommend and fit an appropriate door. Meanwhile, a broken extractor fan has meant the grout has become mouldy so we would like it all removed and regrouted. The final step will be to reseal the bath.
Alex was always punctual, and stuck to his quote even though he did considerably more work due to various things unearthed that had not been anticipated. I am keen to get Alex back to do other work on our home, which should say it all!!

Our toilet has been leaking when flushed from the base of the cistern. Need someone to come in and fix the leak.
Turned up when he said he would, took the time to fix the job and then stayed around to make sure everything worked. Also called to make sure that it was all good in the evening - much appreciated.

One of the boilers is at a rented property that needs a service to include the timer. The other is at our own property - an older boiler that also needs the timer serviced.
We had two boilers serviced in one morning. The service technician arrived on time, got to work straight away and gave feedback on the boiler, its condition, what he had done to service it and also made two suggestions from a health and safety perspective (requirement for cages at the boiler outlet outside). He was friendly and efficient and we were happy with the service and the follow up paperwork, etc. Will definitely keep contact details for next time.

We need the existing en suite in a bedroom capped off and the existing power pump redirected to serve the new shower and shower cabinet which is to be installed
Mark has yet to commence the work, but he was the only one to come back with a verbal and written quote. He was also very helpful with suggestions about the layout of the bathroom when he came to quote the job.

An old radiator has split and we need a new one asap. It's a very cold room (measures 14x9') so will probably need a double/convection rad. If it could be done before the weekend would be massive bonus - but understand limited time. Not keen on paying too high a premium for quick service - could wait if had to.
Very competitive quote, which Daryll stuck too despite the job taking longer than anticipated. Polite and helpful (came back to pick up the old rad as we couldn't dispose of it). Would use again.

I'm not sure
there is a leak from the shower pump or pipe.. have taken off the bath panel and isolated the water supply to the pipe I think is the problem. the floor was very wet so I think its been a slow leak for some time. I need someone to come and quote for repair asap

I have a heated towel rail that needs to be fitted in the bathroom. it is smaller than the original radiator ( already removed and pipes capped off) so work would need to be done on the pipes to fit to size. I would also like a quote to supply & plumb in a radiator in the lounge ( pipework in place, just radiator was never fitted). Also need all the radiators bleeding.
