The blockage was far harder to identify and shift than is usual. He spent a lot of time on. He then went to another job as he had scheduled and returned to me again afterwards. He stayed until it was cleared and replaced a small section of pipe. He only wanted the price he had originally quoted. A very competent and dedicated professional. Excellent service."

He showed major professionalism and concern to get the job done. He had to leave to get the pipe and to do another job that he had promised, but he came back later and stayed until the job was done. He still only wanted his original quoted price."
