Both our hot taps in the bathroom no longer work. Water is going to the cold taps. It feels like the taps themselves aren't turning to allow any water through. Poss just need taps replacing, but not sure.

Following a recent leak into the downstairs neighbours' bathroom from the toilet in my flat - which is now fully repaired - I would like someone to carry out a bathroom "MOT" or health check, to make sure that everything is watertight and all wastes/washers are in good order. This is a small bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet. The job would also involve resealing around the bath and possibly also the shower screen. My objective is simply peace of mind for a year or so, at which time I will probably look have another such MOT done.
