"The service was fast, friendly and efficient................the only thing I would say is that I was a little dissatisfied that the tradesperson included an extra £10 onto the bill to account for the RATEDPEOPLE charge he suggested they charged him for getting a customer. Although I'm sure £10 is money he would rather keep, I used this service to get a fast and cheap service, not a service that cost me extra for him using RATEDPEOPLE.com. My Landlord wasn't particularly bothered about the money, but it was just something I wanted to mention as I would have not been happy paying for him to use this service which defeats the object. Still, the service was very quick and done professionally, and I would have paid an extra £10 if he said it was for the swift response he gave........I was just a little niggled by his rationale for adding on the extra monies."
