I am a plumber myself and I needed an extra set of hands to meet a deadline. A very polite and pleasant bloke, but is very inexperienced and new to the trade. I was more than happy to be flexible for him and give him as much time as needed to finish the job. But it became apparent that he was juggling numerous jobs around at the same time, as well as this one. As a result, the job was mutually cut and i ended up doing it myself in the end. Very disappointed.

The toilet does not flush properly and I have been informed that the diaphragm needs to be replaced.
Were the first to ring up and came to the house within 2 hours. Did a good job and fixed the problem with no issues. Found out later that they were slighly more expensive than a local plumber. They do take a long time on the phone gathering details and reading out a lot of details as they give you a free home and drains policy at the same time.
