Microbore radiator pipe leaking, boiler has been running below recommended pressure from time to time and probably also needs servicing - last service over a year ago (Worcester combi boiler). Slight leak in one of boiler pipes too.
Lynton arrived within 24 hours of posting the job, fixed leaking pipes and didn't charge a fortune. Good job well done.

Under £250
A toilet needs to be refixed to the floor and wall after an external mains leak. Also the waste pipe is leaking and may need replacing. Also external waste pipes from the bath are leaking and need refixing and resealing.
I am very pleased with all the work that has been done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anybody.

Have a leaking pipe under my bath, and a problem with the water cistern pipe for my toilet. Taken side of bath off. Think it's a very straight forward job with just washers and bolts needing tightening but I'm pretty sure I'd flood the house if I attempt it.
Don't know anyone in the plumbing trade in Swansea so was concerned as you hear a lot about dodgy service. Scott at SRH though were spot on and gave really honest opinions and sorted the problem really quickly and efficiently.
Will be defo using again for any future plumbing problems.

Apparatus – Unvented Hot Water System
Location – Upstairs
Fluid Category 2 (fluid categories determine the seriousness of the infringement identified. Fluid category 2 being the lowest and Fluid category 5 being the most serious)
Rectification Required - Balanced pressure cold supply to taps must be connected upstream of combined PRV/check valve/expansion valve. If balanced pressures required fit another PRV on cold to taps. Set at same pressure as PRV on cold to hot water cylinder. With existing pipe work, expansion water can be drawn through cold taps, which is not permitted. Please see sketches on the other sheet.
Great work - quick, reasonable and reliable - would recommend.

I have a problem with the plumbing in my kitchen. Basically I've had three washing machines and all of them have had the same problem and so I've realised it is the actual plumbing rather than the washing machines themselves. I have no idea what needs doing but basically the washing machine cycles have taken hours. One day I put my washing machine to go in the morning and came home the next morning to find it still in the middle of the cycle! Any ideas on what is wrong, how to fix it and how much it will cost to put right? It's not my house, I'm privately renting so there is a limit on what I can do here.
