old bathroom suite removed and new one fitted. Walls tiled too.
Very disapointed with the finished product. Tiling not very good, uneven and trim not level. He boxed the pipes in, but not very well. Pipes behind the sink are in the wrong place. Tile under the shower cracked and filled in. Hole in the sink filled in with filler. Toilet not secured to the floor, moves when sat on. Before he left was asked if all jobs I had spoke to him about had been done, he said yes. job not finished and he is not answering his phone. 3 days stlll waiting and calling.

The filler valve in the upstairs toilet flush tank does not shut off completely, so water will constantly flow into the overflow pipe.

The washing machine needs new pipes to be connected with as it has only one pipe at the back of the appliance. The stop cock needs replacing under the sink.
Nigel Richards is a really nice man. He is really friendly and very reliable. He really solved our stopcock and washing machine installation problem in the best way he could. He worked really hard and I learnt a lot more about plumbing. I would definately recommend Nigel Richards as a first class plumber and I would definately call him again if I have anymore plumbing dramas. Regards Nigel Pramila Patel.

A difficult task to replace two 40 year old siezed bath taps took a lot of time and effort. Stratford Plumbing did everything we expected of them to a good standard. I would use them again

Des and his team were true to their word. They came, they saw, they fitted!!!! Absolutely fab and would recommend to anyone. They give a guarantee with their work to ensure it is first class and can't fault the politeness of the two plumbers who came and Des for sorting out the very tiny problem that occurred after installation of the shower whcih wasn't des or the teams fault, it was the fault of the manufacturers of the shower that I bought!!! They did their best and more. Totally recommend their services.
