Budget Under £250

Job We have a small "outhouse" which backs on to cloakroom. All water supply and drains to/from cloakroon are in the area. We want to install washimg machine here. There is lighting but no power supply

Comment A very pleasant gentleman who did a MARVELLOUS job getting washing machine up from basement. However, I was somewhat disturbed by his charging policy. He told us on arrival that his charge would be £250 for the day. He would buy materials and we would reimburse him. he then bought £72 worth, some of which he used and I was left with surplus most of which is no use to me at all. He also bought an arbor (?) and a drill bit which he did not leave. The actual plumbing took less than 2 hours so I think we paid at a rate of £125 per hour though of course I suppose we have to include his travelling time (possibly hour and a half.) PS Can't make star chart he was certainly not brilliant in any category victor
