"I was contacted 2 days after requesting a quote and visited shortly afterwards. The plumber , Jacob, examined the job and gave me a quote later that night. The quote was acceptable and I offered Jacob the work which he accepted. Jacob wanted to start the work the following evening to which I agreed as I was keen to get the job done. The work was completed over the next two evenings. I paid 50% upfront with the balance on completion. I believe that Jacob was fairly new to the business but was competent in his work and did a good job overcoming odd problems. The only difficulties with evening work became evident with the lack of water at busy times in the house. Nevertheless the job was completed promptly which was refreshing having looked for a plumber for some time. Jacob is reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely use him again."
