1 - install an outdoor tap. 2 - hot water tap dripping - probable change washer 3 - toilet cistern, 3 years old. the water intake, the float comes up but the water keeps coming in and into overflow. on instalation sheet it says a washer needs cleaning, but you will need to partly take it apart to clean and put back together. Toilet made by company now bust Modern Contempory Bathrooms, Finesse model. 4 - Same toilet type other bathroom, the flush mechanism, it flushes but carrys on flushing so water intake just goes striaght out in flush. Something must be stuck in flush mechanism.
he was going to be late for appointment but he phoned ahead to let me know in advance. friendly very efficient, looks like he did a good job. sorted problems out I think the price was reasonable for 3 hours work + materials including copper piping
