burst pipe? A big stain appeared on my living room celing - it is now bulging. Directly above the celing is the landing. Therefore I don't know where the leek is coming from as off the landing is the bathroom and on the otherside is the boiler. It will require lifting the carpets and flooring to see where it is coming from.
Really friendly, came quickly - did a good job at a good price. I would highly reccommend them.

I'm installing a new electric oven and the GAS pip for the hob is in the way, the new oven must be a different shape to the old one

Shower is not receiving any hot water but does receive cold water. Additionally the ballcock in the water tank in the attic needs replacing.
Completed job much quicker than expected for a very reasonable price. Was available at short notice and around my schedule.

Old bathroom suite removed, new one fitted, including toilet, semi-pedestal sink and rectangular panelled bath. Also electric shower plumbing in and a heated towel rail. Been let down by original plumber today and need it doing asap to avoid losing our plasterer who is due to plaster soon.
An excellent job done - plumber was available at short notice, worked hard and long hours to get the job finished as promised and on budget and left everything neat and tidy each day. Was friendly, courteous and reliable and provided very good communication at every stage. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

A new kitchen has been fitted, i need the gas connecting to the hob, and the water connecting to the washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen has been fitted by a professional fitter with the appliances located by the gas and water inlets. I also require a combi gas boiler service. I'm looking for this to be done asap.
