we need the old sink to be disconnected and rigged up for the new sink. with a feed for a washing machine and dishwasher pipes also
Horrendous experience. He cancelled the first appointment. Turned up the next day and turned the water off. He said he was going for some parts but never returned. Did not answer phone calls or texts. Left us in a bad situation with the kitchen fitter. Extremely unprofessional.

I would like two radiator leaks to be checked. This is not water, but pipes corroding of some kind. One radiator to be reinstalled onto the wall. finally, a kitchen sink waste kit to be installed replacing what is currently in place but is faulty.
Colin was a great plumber and good value for money. I would use him again.

The water pressue to the bath hot tap is so low it can take over 20 minutes to get an average fill. Pressure on the hot tap to the sink in the bathroom is fine
Good response time bearing in mind it was a Saturday afternoon. Temporary repair pending fitting of new tap unit 4 days later. Temporary repair needed a further call out the next day when spindle on hot tap came out of housing. Again good response to this occurance. Returned 3 days later with a new spindle that was adequate but does not sit proud. However it will suffice.

There seems to be a leak from the kitchen sink, which seems to be causing some damp. the sealant around the bath needs renewing as well.
Powell did a very good job and I have subsequently used him for other jobs too.
