Chris was great. He lives 20 miles away so we did a detailed consultation on the phone where we discussed all aspects of the project. He then came on time on the day promised - and also texted the day before to confirm - did a great job and left the areas spotless. He went out of his way to explain all the issues - and even when he hit a couple of snags, he carries on with the work without complaining. We cannot rate him highly enough.

managed to fit me in that day, to review the gas supply to a property I'm planning to buy so not seen the work carried out, but he called me to say exactly what he had done and issued me a safety certificate as requested. Would recommend to others

remove overhead tank wc. Fit low level wc. Bit re-plastering.
Was very punctual. Bit of plastering done was not good. Toilet seat immediately came completely loose which we then did ourselves.

Came straight away to look at the job, as soon as the parts arrived he came to fit them. I would highly reccomend him, anb gladly call him if I get in trouble again.

We have just purchased a new property and we need a bathroom suite to be fitted - we have already removed the current bath suite and we will supply the new bath suite. Sink, bath and toilet are to be repositioned in bathroom. (moving of waste pipe etc)
We recently used Graham/KG Building to fit a new bathroom suite, shower, toilet waste pipes, tile the floor/walls and do various other jobs. He did an excellent job and from beginning to end he was very courteous and polite. If Graham had any queries regarding the job he would contact us to ensure he met our requirements. We would definitely use Graham again for further work!!
