Need a washing machine plumbed in. Hot water needs capping off (part already bought) and waste needs connecting properly as it looks like the previous owners bodge jobbed it!

Updated : Installation of a flapper valve fitting in en-suite toilet and installation of 2 sets of bathroom sink taps. Original : We need a new flapper valve fitting in our toilet. Have not been able to do as in an awkward position. Also to fit 2 sets of bathroom sink taps.
Very good service, had a slight problem once job was finished but came out at my earliest convenience at no extra cost.

Y valve/impeller is jamming. Had actuator replaced but still cannot get hot water and heating on at same time without jiggling the lever on the base of the actuator. I guess system needs a drain down and the Y valve replaced.
Mr. Sealey sorted out a mess left by another firm quickly and efficiently. He also returned rapidly to deal with a small leak. I have arranged further work with him in April.
