Remove and replace mixer taps - kitchen sink, bathroom (bath and basin) and ensuite basin (4 mixer taps). Replace separate hot and cold tap in cloakroom (2 taps). Replace waste in bathroom and ensuite basins (2 wastes). Taps and wastes previously purchased. I'm only guessing at the rough budget, I have no idea. Guttering leaking at a connector joint, at roofline on a 2007 2 storey house. The guttering doesn't appear to go far enough into the connector joint to make the rubber seal effective. Newbuild from 2007, so either the connector joint has moved sideways (doubtful) or the guttering has shrunk in length, or slipped sideways. Easy to fix I would imagine, it's just the access with it being so high. Easy access to the guttering from the garden.
My problem was leaking guttering. Following terrible weather during Thursday, I contacted Rated People at 6:30pm and the job was completed by W.G.S. by 11 am the following morning. Very pleased and relieved the job is done. Excellent service and a very friendly chap to deal with. Many thanks!

Remove radiator and bypass (temporarily) 5. Fit new taps and waste – sink 6. Fit new taps and waste – bath 7. Fit new shower Mixer 8. Fit new heated towel rail (will need to be done after tiler has completed all tiling – so this will need to be done on a return visit. All taps, wastes, heated towel rail and shower mixer all supplied by customer, everything else needed to be supplied by plumber.
Janis is a highly competent professional tradesman, who completly re did our bathroom and turned it into a wetroom. He always goes the extra mile, and will make sure everything is perfect and to the customers satisfaction. He has a great eye for detail, and has a huge amount of personal pride in his work. He was very competitive with his pricing, came round and looked at what our job invloved before providing his quote, and started the work quickly. We WILL be using him again for our next project.

Cold Tap doesn;t work any more
He was really good, called, quoted before attending, was punctual event though it was snowing, explained what he was doing, showed me the faulty part and why he had replaced it. Really good.

We have a single, vertical, cold water inlet pipe that we would like to attach both a washing machine and dishwasher to. Adding a Y-shaped connector above the valve means there is not enough room to fit the appliance hoses below the counter top, so we would like someone to either reduce the length of the inlet pipe or find another solution. We'd also like help with wiring the appliances to the existing power outlets, but this is not an essential part of this job.
Did an excellent job - quick, efficient and friendly! We'd definitely use King Alfred Plumbing again in future.
