Budget Under £250

Job I have removed a heated towel radiator and believe the pipes flowing into this are part of the open circuit which needs closing off (think this is the technical term?). Should be a quick job however was also looking at maybe flushing the system at the same time?

Budget Under £100

Job Baxi combi boiler needs annual service and I wanted an opinion on the bathroom basin waste water drainage - could it be improved.

Budget Under £100

Job We currently have a radiator which has been plumbed in by means of pipes coming down and across the wall. We're in the process of completely gutting the room so we'd like the pipes to be re-routed in such a way that they can be chased into the wall and then under the wooden floor. Also, removal of radiator in readiness of plastering.

Budget I'm not sure

Job Leak in shared supply pipe. Spoken to Thames water who have inspected and confirmed the leak. In our garden so our responsibility to get it fixed. Possibly require lifting a few slabs of the patio.

Job A Lowara Idrotuba pump was fitted in my ground floor flat - a new build conversion.The pump was seen to by plumbers before I moved in - the noise from the pump 'kicking in' was very loud.Seemed to be OK - would only sometimes be heard usually if the toilet was flushed and the wash basin tap quickly turned on.Now the pump seems to work noisily most times when the toilet is flushed.It seems to be getting worse - not sure if the water pressure is the cause, or the toilet is flushing incorrectly....
