Job emersion heater is not heating up

Comment arrived with wrong part we ended up taking him out for new part as he had no money 6 hrs trying to fix heater after which he left he left us with a broken heater no hot water dangerous electrics water damage to ceiling lights and fire alarm loads of mess and ran off with money and no recite avoid john

Job strip out and replace existing vaillant boiler with newer model

Comment Arrived on time, did an excellent job of removing my old boiler and fitting a new one. The house was left clean and tidy when they had finished, Wayne even removed one of my radiators and painted behind it for me before replacing it. Excellent service, would recommend Wayne and his son Tom to anyone. Maureen

Budget Under £100

Job I have a stopcock within a cupboard upstairs. It is an old imperial system and the handle has snapped. I believe the whole stop cock needs to be replaced on the pipe

Comment Job was quoted and communication was also by phone. Attended home address and completed repairs, tidied up after himself and was very polite. Actual price was slightly over quote (£8ish), however this was due to unexpected extra pipe work being required. Extra small repair carried out for a nominal fee (£5). 1st appointment failed, however this was due to staff sickness. Overall i am happy with the quote, service and price. Would use again and would recommend. doug
