Kitchen sink is not draining quickly and filling the side bowl of the sink. Additionally when the washing machine is also draining the waste water is entering the sink.
Wayne from Reardon Interiors impressed me greatly. He was able to attend the job very quickly, kept me very well informed of the issues and his work was to a very high standard. However, the best bit was the price, it was so reasonable! I will have no hesitation in contacting him directly in the future for a multitude of maintenance jobs. He is a genuinely honest and friendly guy.

Updated : Work to be done within a week or so. Original : Combined mixer/shower tap on bath doesn't get hot enough. All other downstairs taps run hot, so suspect it has something failed inside where the cold water is continually mixing with the hot and not getting hot enough. Repair or replace this. Also mains stop-cock needs fixing as the handle just spins on the valve so doesn't switch the house water off. We have to use the stop-cock out in the street. Repair or replace this.
Very professional and knowledgeable, and even saved me money by giving good advice, meaning I didn't need to carry out work I thought was needed.

I have a leak from one off cental heating pipes.. I have 2 pipes coming down the wall by the front door, which then go through the skirting board and wall. One of them his leaking. I am preety sure then pipes go under the floor. I had a plumber come out yesterday night and he cut the 2 pipes and put stop cocks on to stop the leek. The thing his when water his turned back on it leaks again.
