Remove existing sink and toilet from our cloakroom, and replace.
Rob was brilliant, even post work when I needed support he was straight round on a Sunday too. High quality work, very clean and trustworthy. Will have rib back to do bathrooms next winter.

convert small toilet to wet room
unfortunatly jim didnt get to do the job, through no fault of his own, the job hasnt been done as the son of the customer stopped it, but i have to say jim is a lovely man, very proffesional, patient understanding. we are very sorry to have wasted his time, we are the carers and our hands are tied, but we would definatly reccomend jim,

Removal of old bathroom suite, replacing toilet and basin in same place, changing bath for shower enclosure. Floor will need tiling as will walls. Fitting a heated towel rail in place of a radiator I have purchased the suite I want already. Can get tiles etc when I know how many I will require.
I would recommend Lee to anyone. He is very reliable hard working and did a top quality job. He takes great pride in his work. He does not cut any corners or use cheap materials. Definatley good value for money. He tried very hard to keep the disruption to my home to a minimim a very tidy worker. Next bathroom refurb I need will definatley be done by Lee.

I'm not sure
Fit new cistern mechanism in one, and improve flush and fill-time in another. Tighten some sink taps that are inaccessible to my tools!
Dave came when he said he would, knew what he was talking about, fixed a tricky job quickly, didn't create unnecessary work, and the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended, and I'll use again.

Old cottage built into a hillside and approached via 21 steps from road. New pipework has connected my lower ground floor bathroom to the mains but, since work was completed, I have discovered that I have a completely separate water supply to my kitchen, which is at upper ground level. This supply goes underground, outside the house, and rises 8 steps higher than the bathroom and then goes at right-angles across the lawn to the kitchen. i.e. the kitchen is not directly above the bathroom. I need the two systems to be amalgamated, please.

We simply want the valves to be fitted to all radiators at our property in Bewdley, worcestershire. Either supply and fit or fit only (we can utilise screwfix etc) - we are not looking for high end chrome valves, simple functional ones will suffice. Addtional a small single radiator (circa 50cm) in a utility needs to be replaced, so it would be opportune to do this at the same time.

I need waste and stack put in aswell. The whole toilet has to be boxed in with glass bricks, stud wall and a door and the floor carpeted and the walls tiled. I will supply all system and electrical goods.
