I have a small radiator in my hallway. I have noticed a water stain around the pipe which goes into the plaster suggesting a leak behind the plaster board. Investigation & repair required.
Nice guy. Fast, friendly service. Would use again.

We have a new WC to fit. The existing pipework from where the old WC was taken out is 125mm, so will need changing to 110mm as we can't find a pan connector that will cope with the larger size. The WC will then need to be fitted. We have the WC, (a close-coupled one), but do not have any adaptors, pan connectors or replacement pipework.
Very, very happy with the work done. Everything left very neat and tidy. Excellent price and very friendly workman. Charged precisely what was quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend J&D Plumbing to friends and family.

We are a business and have been given a 2nd hand dishwasher which we would like to have installed into the staff kitchen. Model is an AEG which will require plumbing into exisiting cold water supply and fitting the waste pipe into undersink outlet.

Need overflow sorted in one toilet (which is pouring out through the outside wall). It needs rerouting into the cistern, and tiling redone where it has been ripped out. Another toilet that has been fixed also needs retiling. In addition, since various people have been messing with the water, we have no pressure, so a running tap means the shower doesnt work, and two showers on at the same time means boiling or freezing dribbles of water.
