"Work completed on roof despite poor weather, and looks good. We went for a new type of flat roof, which is a bit more expensive than the old style, but will be more reliable and hopefully will work out better value with a 20 year guarantee. Little bits of pointing also done. Materials were ordered quickly and work was scheduled over the new year holidays with telephone calls so we always knew what was happening. All waste removed from site and no additional charges added as well! "
