Fix the terrible install job. Gutters are leaking more than they were before they were replaced.
Wayne came out and replaced guttering that another company had badly installed. He was quick, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. :)

Contractor to remove and dispose of existing roof materials and to fit new tiles. Ladders will be required, Bungalow style roof with 4 velux windows so will require new flashings
Job quoted and excepted in Nov 2009; 50% deposit paid in Dec 2009 expecting work to commence immediately. Tradesman did not turn up and had to chase on numerous occassions; tradesman did appear but quote was increased by 50%. Reluctantly agreed increase and work commenced after many many no shows. To date 6/5/10 work still not completed to a satisfactory standard; roof work is very very shoddy and Tradesman no longer responding to phone and official communication. Monies paid at relevant stages but no receipts received. To date tradesman has not been on site for a full working day and service level received is very very poor.
