Job Facias replaced with brown upvc, gutters and downpipes replaced with gray , gable end tiles repointed and gutter edge felt under tiles to be replaced.

Comment Tip-Top Building Services arrived when they said they would, charged a reasonable price for the work compaired to other quotes received and carried out a good job. Marcin and his team worked all day and cleaned away all the mess after the job was finished. I would not hesitate to use them again in the near future for any work required. sandra

Job The Dormas have some tiles which have dropped and there are a couple of tiles out of place at the side of the roof. Also pointing cracked and broken at side of roof needs fixed.

Budget Under £250

Job Two storey house, mid terrace of three. Currently have three vents in the roof. Two are at the left hand side and one is in the middle of the roof, directly above the shower. Want the shower vent moved to be beside the other two, to prepare for solar panels being installed.
