"I had a slate hanging in the gutter that could injure someone if it slipped off. RPM were quick to respond. Call out charge was very reasonable and included in this was inspection of entire roof and replacement of first 6 slates. I was also issued with a report (for insurance requirements) as proof that roof had undergone inspection and maintenance, thus should I have to make an insurance claim re roof, I had evidence it was regularly maintained (something most home owners wouldn't think of, but insurance companies would , I assume). I have the roof inspected every 18-24 months, the firm I usually use couldn't fit me in for a few days; I found RPM to be very professional, reliable and friendly and will now use them in future. I also have no hesitation in recommending them to others who require roofing work done."
