We have a corrugated plastic roof in our utility room which is leaking. The leak looks like it is coming from the 'join' of 2 sheets. We need someone to come and fix the leak.

tiled roof that needs repairing- leaking into a number of rooms. some tiles are missing/broken and some of the seals have broken/eroded. its a pitched roof with access from the 2nd floor bedroom- so no need for scaffolding hopefully.
They came round very quickly to mend our roof and stop the leak. fast workers, no mess and very reasonable. we need to get the whole roof done at some point and will definitely be talkingto them about doing that job.

leak to roof occured on suday night during storm - ? storm damage. needs looking at asap. water is constant drip through roof into attic and then it came through ceiling into bedroom. water now contained in buckets in attic - approx 6 litres in 20 hours. needs looking at today and atleast temporarily mending
carl contacted me quickly over phone. he came round within the hour. had tools on board to mend the leak to roof immediately. friendly, efficient & good value. he is doing further quotes for me to do more work to roof and parapits. will be using him again and would definately recommend

Roof type - single pitch of pantiles on 1970's 2 floor house. No access problems that I can think of. We've got two small repairs needed. 1) Replace tile just lost from roof 2) Previous gas heating system used flue through roof. Flue now disconnected in loft space and needs removing from roof & replacing with 1 tile & felt.
Sean & Mike did a very neat job, found perfectly matching tiles which took some extra running around town, left the everything tidy and stuck to their estimate. And this was all despite some awful weather! I've already recommended them to some friends.

Hi, I'm looking for assistance with bringing a currently unused building back into use. The occupation is on a rolling temporary basis of 18 month terms thus this job has to be done cost effectively. On a recent inspection it was obvious that the roof was leaking, probably due to the removal of 20 or so stone slabs for safety reasons. The building in question has 3 above ground floors and totals around 20,000SqFt in size. The roof is accessible through a boarded up door. Hi, I have a ground floor flat felt roof on a period building that is approximately 7m sq. It is collating water and not draining off properly. It is also very noisy when it rains and not well insulated. I'd like it replaced with something that addresses these two issues. To reach the roof, you'll need approximately 12m high scaffolding. There is some other work going on the roof above mine today, tomorrow and possibly Friday and there is scaffolding up and it would be possible to take a look. The builder my neighbour is using has also been approached for a quote but it seems high in relation to another quote I've received. You can probably go up the scaffolding when he's not there, i.e. early or late in the day if required but I'm happy to recive a very approximate quote for 7m sq 12m scaffolding for replacement as I need to make a quick decision.
