"The job was priced and agreed quickly. Steve was unable to start immediately due to pressure of work but said that he would start on an agreed date which he duly did. The work was carried out according to specification but the tiles were in a worse state than anticipated and had to be completely replaced. He provided a quote for the additional cost and we agreed this. Once the scaffold was erected it was evident that a chimney needed to be taken down and rebuilt. Steve was able to supply extra tradesmen to do this work at an agreed price. The whole contract was carried out conscientiously and to a high standard and completed on time. The site was cleared of rubbish and surplus materials quickly, although the third party scaffold remained a little longer. There was no one occupying the house during the works but all the workers were polite and good humoured and worked hard. I have no hesitation in recommending them for roofing works including lead work and rendering."
