I have had a leak in upper flat bedroom.and in living room. It comes through every year and had roofer up twice before who said he replaced lead piping but it has came back through again. The building is red sandstone and is first floor flat.in Bonnyton.
pat and his team where very fast to respond to my roof repair and gave me more than one option on how it should be fixed. his price was very good for the job that needed done and the job was done i no time at all.. would recommend pat clancy and use this service again if i have problems with my roof.

one tile has slid down the roof leaving a six inch gap with the roof timbers exposed.
Fine - came when they said, friendly and appeared to do a good job in a reasonable time. Absolutely no complaints about their work.

4 Coping stone slates blown off roof by high winds.
Alex had a look at my damaged roof the day after the big storm on 8 December 2011 and made it water tight, preventing further damage. He then called back and finished off pointing the tiles, completing the job. The repair has so far survived two further storms in last few weeks, at least as bad as the first. I wouldn't hesitate to call Alex again, fast, friendly service and a solid repair. He wasn't at all expensive and didn't take a penny until the repair was complete.

Detached bungalow, fairly large north facing roof, medium moss coverage which needs removing. Guttering likely to be clogged so needing clearing as well.
Fantastic job and would thoroughly recommend Ian Summers for anyone else needing roofing work carried out. Very thorough job, polite & knowledgable tradesman (and mate). Quick response, no pressure, extremely competitive quote. Would definitely use Ian again should I need any further roof work carried out.
