This is only a small job requiring replacement of one or two slates and a general check of the rest of the roof. House is detached with a flat over and one under.
Andrew called soon after the advert was put in. He inspected the leaking roof and pointed out the problems in a clear understandable fashion. He returned as agreed, made the necessary repairs and checked the rest of the roof. He was obliging and friendly. I would use him again.
