There is a narrow parapet running the length of the front of the property at first floor level (10 to 12 feet above ground level). It is possibly about 12 inches wide and appears to be letting water into the property above the lounge window. I am advised that this strip is a bitumen coating which is now worn.
Good contractor - no fuss - made recommendations and got on with the job
