Budget Under £500

Job I have a leak which I believe is coming from my roof. This morning I found a wet patch on the ceiling of my bedroom which suggests that maybe a tile from the roof has broken away. Likely to be due to either an Ariel man who recently replaced the Ariel on my Chimney or the recent bad weather we are experiencing.

Job My guttering needs cleaning out and the down pipe at the front of the house needs checking

Comment They contacted us straight away, I have only put 3 for value as not sure if the price was good or not as we had a lot of extra work done which was found. But they were good and the work seems good, but time will tell. When we get wet weather we will then find out if the work was good. Philip

Job Flat roof above en-suite bathroom leaking into house. Roof is approx.15 years old, about 4 square metres. Some tiles and roofing bricks will also need replacing/re-pointing as rain getting in and settling in several places above lounge ceiling ...

Comment Fantastic job! Arthur & the team were a delight - polite, professional and diligent. The job was done on-time, to budget, and the guys attended to other works not covered by the agreed price - such as relocating the TV aerial and replacing roof-tiles in other areas of the main roof. Additional credit due for dealing with the huge bees nest uncovered when they took the roof off - despite being repeatedly stung, they valiantly contunued until the pest control guys arrived, and carried on the following day .. Job Leak occurring at point / gulley where original hip roof meets extended pitch roof. Electrics tripping - upstairs lights
