First time I'd used this site. Posted small roof tiling job after having been given the run around by several local roofers in Yellow Pages - not returning calls, not showing up etc. George from esq called within an hour of posting the job, turned up the next day exactly when he said he would, did the job for exactly the price quoted, and that was that - simple!

I need someone to replace wooden fascias and guttering etc to upvc. Also need the roof cleaned as it is covered in moss. Finally I need to have a rain porch built with 2 pillars.
Graeme and the team changed all my soffits, fascias and guttering. I also had an apex porch built to the front of the house. The job was done to a very good standard. The work done completely transformed the appearance and condition of the house. I was constantly informed about what was being done on the day. The team were very friendly and polite. The company comes highly recommended. Thanks lads for a great job.

When it rains I have water coming through a wall where a sloped roof joins a brick wall: it probably needs lead flashing. In addition, when it rains I have water coming through from the roof to another part of a wall (shared wall of a terraced house). It's either my roof tiles or the neighbours' chimney that is letting in water into my side of the wall. I'm good friends with my neighbour!
He invested a lot of time investigating my problem before providing my quote, and was honest around the additional investigatory work he would have to do and the possibilities around solving my leaking roof problem. He turned up for the quote half an hour early, but that's always better than being half an hour late. The work was completed in the timescales, leaving no trace of mess from the work he had just undertaken.

Michael and his colleague turned upon the 21st of December the morning after we had the first bad snowfall of the year, we weren't expecting him to start work so were pleased that they had made a big effort to A. get over to our house and B. start the work in very cold conditions! The work was finished on time and we are pleased with the standard of work that was carried out.
