Reroof a freestanding garage with a flat roof
All went through on the day agreed without fuss or bother. Have used since for mending a slate roof - again quick and straightforward. Would recommend.

This is a repair to the ridge at the rear of the property where the pointing has become loose to the bottom 7 ridge tiles which will either need re-pointing or re-bedding. Please contact me after 7pm

Detached 1930 house, original cast iron guttering to rear, still intact. Guttering on left and right hand sides (3 year old plastic replacement)has come apart in middle and leaking.
Eaves of house needs repainted, looks to be in good condition (don't want to replace with plastic) on all 4 sides.
Wet patch on upstairs bedroom wall on chimney breast-reason unknown, suspect flashing failed.
Pretty good access all around house, bar one side with extension and flat roof.
Always arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job for a fair price. Would be more than happy to recommend to others.

A flat roof is leaking on top of a very large lounge which was a 1930,s extension to a 1890s house. It has not been touched in over 10 years but was originally well done with some type of waterproofing that is painted on- not felt or tar. It has cracked in a few areas and needs either patching professionally or redone depending on price
