Budget Under £250

Job Clearing the guttering on my home and down pipe and possibly guttering on my neighbour's house (they have the down pipe for our row of 3 houses on their house) Plus the central joint on my guttering drips and leaks (due to the brunt it bears from not being properly supported and the fact the guttering is possibly full!) So, will probably need extra brackets placed on my guttering and checked for correct alignment as have been told it's bowed and not correctly sloping from one end to the other. Size of Work: Reasonably small job - a few hours at most. The guttering is not massive so the clearing/cleaning part will probably take the most time. Modification and Repair - will need a couple of new guttering brackets to correctly support my guttering and perhaps a new joint to prevent any further leaking and dripping which pelts out onto my porch roof and down my front wall.

Job The joint between 2 stretches of guttering has come apart on the roof above the bathroom window and needs to be repaired or may need a replacement pice of gutter? Relatively easy acces from back garden for ladders etc. directly above ground floor tiled sloping roof.
