We have a leak in the roof and believe this is the gully flashing, which has some greenery growing from it. We suspect that recent years snow has opened this up and allowed ingress of water. The water is now apparent in the nursery, causing damp and mould on the walls!

A roofer replaced my leaky dorma roof with a 'fillet' last year. He subcontracted the work, didn't do a good job and took cash with no guarantee. My roof still leaks heavily into the upstairs bedroom and I'm worried it will get worse when the snow hits so I'm looking for a reputable roofer to investigate and quote me for repairs. I need to ensure a good seal where the dorma meets the sloping roof and where it joins with the next door semi. Can you please help?

I believe I need my roof replaced. It is tiled and at a low pitch. The tiles are approximately 45 years old, are covered in moss and brittle. Also, the previous occupant removed a supporting timber from the loft and there is some internal work required. The roof dips where this timber has been removed.
If you reply, I will need you to view the roof. Access is very easy, I have been up myself several times to replace broken tiles.
I will need a quotation prior to any work beginning.
