"I was told he would start om the Thursday but nobody turned up. Friday was the same and no phone call. I ran on Sat and was told that his father was ill in hospital. Later it was agreed that he would start in 2 weeks time. I phoned on the Tues to confirm he was coming on the Thursday. He said that he was buying the materials at that very moment and he would be there on the Thurs with extra help to get the job done in one day. He did not turn up or phone and the same on Friday, so on Saturday I phoned and left a message telling him not to bother! I accept that people have emergencies but a quick phone call was all that was needed from him."
