"The flat roof refelting was done quite well with a lot of help regarding the choice of felt colour, something I had not thought about. They contracted to fit UPVC cladding all the way around, what is visible to the main garden is reasonable, but the part not immediately visible was very shoddy, with incorrect width boarding used. Their attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired."

They gave me a rough estimate for minor repair (replacement of loose morter around chimney flashing) which did not change when the final quote came through by email. Quote was £120 including VAT and materials. Turned up when they said they would and worked for about an hour. Seems to have done the trick as (so far) no more leaks. As far as I can make out they did not try to charge me for unecessary work and I think Ã?£120 was a fair price for the work they did. "
