Updated : Sealant needs applying to the lower elevation of each of three sky-lights in the roof, measuring approximately 3 metres in length each. Original : Commercial building with corrugated fibre-board roof panels slope to central gutter. The plastic rooflights leak from the lower joint edge despite overlapping - water travels up-hill by capillary action! This joint and another parallel joint needs to be sealed - approximately 16 metres total roof length.
