We require a estimate for either repairing the existing felt roof which has shrunk back from the edging, or for a new felt roof to be put on.
After they completed their work the roof leaked. There was not a leak before. After three visits from them we still have a leak. They never turned up today after saying they would. Three waisted days and they might be back tomorrow? It should have been a simple procedure and we are not happy.

9 ridge tiles have fallen off, these need replacing. Cement will have to be removed and some tiles may be damaged during this process and may also need replacing.
Peter came over promptly to give us a quote (even before getting the job he made the area safe by removing the remaining loose tiles). I know nothing about roofing but he seemed to know his stuff (the trade has been passed down to him). He reassured me he could fix the roof and calmed me down about the tile which had hit my car. He explained clearly what needed to be done and why. He also answered all my questions. I knew I probably wouldnt be around when the work was carried out, but almost immediately I felt I could trust him. I think every job is different and he was definately the right man for this job. The quote he gave was by far the lowest and for a more comprehensive job. From the ground, the job looks a good one but only time will tell. I also did not have to chase him to do the job once agreed. Due to weather conditions and coordinating hire of a tower, Peter regularly kept me updated as to when the job would be done via phone and texts. He also made sure he got the right tiles (ones with streaks) by taking digital images. The job was completed in a day and the area left clean. If I needed another job done on my roof I would definately use Peter and I would recommend him to anyone.

bowing roof on conservatory/ extension. Flat pitched roof - single storey. Damp patches beginning to appear inside.
Turned up when he said he would - provided very competitive quotes. Also used to replace cladding on the house - again a very competitive and professional job.

Very pleased with work which was completed quickly and without too much mess or upheaval. Quote was competitive and they were willing to make adjustments as they went along - an electical wire running through the fascia board needed to be rewired and they arranged for this work to be done free of charge! Cleaned the site afterwards. Would recommend these contractors.
