We have a damp patch halfway down the stairway, and think it may be the roof, would like to get a quote for repair.
A1 contacted us and came round one evening, he was very helpful, with trying to diagnose our interior damp patch, pointed out a possible area for the water getting in and asked up to monitor it, unfortunately it hasn't rain enough yet for us to report back to him.

Have large commerical warehouse roofed with plastic cladding it is leaking badly and has made the polystyrene tiles beneath rot an start to fall down. Need sorting asap. Area is roughly 5m square but would like the rest of the roof checked aswell.

Some of the cement filler at the end of the gable end between the last tiles and the soffits has become dislodge and one tile has slipped down the roof about 6 inches. i would like this repaired and the rest of this edge assessed for any further work. The cement needs replacing for about 24inches as far as I can see from the ground.
Very good job completed. Not the cheapest but gets it done.

As before really.The building is a standard 2 storey 3 bed semi. At least a ladder required for the work. 1 visible tile is damaged (bottom half of tile broken away) leaving a gap. Also inner lining has a small hole directly below the line of the damaged tile.
