Budget Under £1,000

Job Flat roof on bay window at front of house (directly onto street) has sprung a leak, possibly two. I am looking to get a quote to repair the roof and also to change the flat roof to a new pitched roof across the bay window.

Budget Under £250

Job Velux window in rear elevation of (original) pitched slate roof on Victorian terraced house. Velux window leaking in flashing area during heavy rain but we realise that the leak may originate from elsewhere. Area of roof is accessible from rear garden or possibly through the Velux window via loft room if applicable. We have long ladders available if required. (Please ignore the budget amount, as the site would not allow us to proceed with this without entering a figure; obviously the work needs to be assessed and if the quote was acceptable, we would go with it!)

Budget I'm not sure

Job Small timber garden shed/summerhouse with backward-sloping roof. Building situated at end of garden and not attached to house. Would ideally like new felt roof please.

Comment Everything about this skilled, delightful gentleman deserves 5-star rating. He not only did a great job with a clear pride in his craft but did this at a really fair price and was reliable, efficient and cleared up. He even went beyond the call of duty by taking time to advise us on a couple of other building matters which were unrelated to the job in hand. This quality of customer service is very rare today, we highly recommend Maybank and will definitely call on them again next time we next need work done. Pat
