one of the ridge tiles needs replacing as it was blow off by the recent winds.
Other tiles needing grouting put around them
he arrived on time and did what he said he would do. I would use him again.

A portion of flashing was blown off the roof in recent storms, the piece is approximately 18' by 12'
it is in a corner position easily reachable from a ladder, and would probably need re-grouting into the wall, possibly a new piece of lead.
Positive aspects;
Great response to request, phoned quickly and arrived the same day to quote.
Very friendly and arranged repair for the next day.
Negative aspects;
Very expensive considering time on job, could have been more up front about time on job. I wouldn't have agreed on price if I knew the job would take so little time.

Scaffolding required, to replace roof tiles. Roof has 4 velux windows, 3 to front and 1 to rear.
Very friendly and approachable. Excellent job, adaptable to unforeseen circumstances, very thorough. Have already recommended to others.

roof tiles are in good order , the felt beneath the tiles in the loft has split
