The roof that I have on my house has a valley to the rear, the valley seems to be leaking between two tiled roofs and as a result the beam supporting the valley has signs of dampness internally. I require a tradesman to assess the water proofing of the valley which was only re-lined about 5 years ago.
Matt identified the problem and provided a cost and time to fix, very happy with result.

I need the guttering clearing at the front and back of my 3 bedroom mid terraced mews house. Also I had a leak in the front bedroom and need to find out where it is coming from. I don't know what to out immune budget as not got any quotes yet
Mike was professional and friendly. He arrived on time and did the job the same day. He cleared and fixed the guttering, fixed the pointing and replaced a tile which had broken and was causing a leak from the roof. I will use him again and will recommend him to people. Thanks again.

posable leek in guttering and loss slates
Was very quick to come round to do the job and take £100 of our money but a few days later the guttering started to drip at each end. When I phone back to see if they would come back to sort out the problem they never showed up. Also ask for a receipt to be sent but still wanting for that. They did sort out the loss tiles but still feel let down by them.

I have a 'Conservation Company' rooflight (ref cr10) needing to be installed. Its approx 700x900 but made of metal and top hinged. The frame can be seperated from the window and therefore installed from inside the room. It needs installing in existing slate roof and quite a lot of flashing to be made up from lead. All lat plasterwork has been removed from inside and i'll pick up making good inside afterwards. I'd like to get installed in the next week/two.

Water commin through brickwork in front and side upstairs bedrooms. Recent quotes have blamed felt and broken tiles and flashing & pointing with one recommending a full re-roof. I need a tradesman that can look at the problem and tell me accurately what is causing the problem and what the remedy is. Given the weather, this is now an urgent job
