"With a sad inevitability, this company was no different to any other outfit I could have sourced myself from Yell or the local paper. Yes, they turned up on time and finished when they said they would... but hey, that's just what I EXPECT to happen. Two pieces of downpipe they installed were held together with some tape, the area was hardly left clean when they finished, and they tried to "up sell" me with work that didn’t even need doing. To be fair, when I reported all this to the boss, he was very apologetic and returned the next day to remedy the situation (and collect his money). In all, nothing special, but I am more disappointed with Rated People, than Woodlands themselves. "
