I have an end terrace and have had a damp inspection done with the following recommendations, so I'm looking for someone to do the following:- Carry out basic overhaul of the main roof covering local to side elevation verge to stop rainwater streaming down porous brickwork. External brickwork mentioned, is in poor condition and so recommend brush clean and treat with suitable weather guard solutions to act as a waterproof barrier.
Roofer got back to me very quickly - re-assessed the work and saved me £400 on original estimate. Very happy with outcome

Water leaking through landing ceiling in heavy rain.
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\Roofers from Aq came to inspect water leaking nthrough ceiling. found this was due to unsaisfactory repair job done in january by Westons Roofing w2ho I ahd contacted via Rated Peolple. theer has been no further leakage sinc Aibepoke came o 27th September.

Repair required to guttering - and down-pipes. We had new guttering fitted several years ago and the job was less than impressive - one of the down-pipes has come away from the guttering, and there are about three corners which simply collect water and drip it onto the ground at the corner of the house! Guttering is on a 1930's semi. I haven't talked to my neighbour, but they may wish to have similar work done on their side.
Friendly, honest, quick and no surprises. Charged me less when they found the job wasn't as expected. Would use again.

Roofer came and gave detailed estimate. Arrived on time and worked continuously inspite of bad weather. Work has withstood recent strong winds. Would recommend.

Window has recently been resealed so we suspect leak may be caused by loose/broken roof tiles.
Barry is courteous, friendly and helpful - he arrived bang on time and also explained the job thoroughly to us, so we understood exactly what had gone wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. We would definitely use this company again.

One vertical gutter going down the side of the house has come lose from its horiziontal connection with the roof gutter, so water is missing it and pouring out instead. A ladder will be needed as it's on the roof.
Arrived on time, fixed problem quickly and effectively. Very nice and friendly.

Fantastic!Reliable, polite,good work at a v.fair price and punctual. DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.Have recommended him to others and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Initial impressions were this is someone who knows what he is talking about, gave good advice and discussed options.He cleaned up after himself and left the roof and garden spotless. Also said I could phone if the problem returned (hasn't rained since, as he only finished today 9/4/10). Took b4 and after roof fotos on request.

Hi I need some repairs doing on my roof. The ridge tiles need repointing. There are some slates that have slipped too. Pointing work is required along the edge of a sloped roof where it meets the brickwork. The felt has moved at the edge of the roof and the loft space is now exposed.
