We have a leak in the roof. There is a room in the roof and the water seems to be coming in around the dorma window. It has been sealed up twice by another roofer and it still continues to leak. He is getting quotes for a cherry picker/scaffolding, but it has taken over a week and I am concerned
It was quick and easy to get a time for him to visit and carry out the work. He managed to find the issue a previous 'unrated' roofer could not find. Excellent service.

To repair roof/replace roof tiles after removal of soil pipe *Note We are having Solar Panels fitted and have been advised that scaffolding will be erected 3 days prior to panel installation. Supplier has confirmed they are happy for the scaffolding to be used to aide the repair of the roof.
John and Steve did an excellent job, worked hard all day, and left everywhere clean and tidy. Very friendly and curtious, would definitely recommend.

We have a leak into the loft around the chimney and we have looked from outside and think the flashing needs redoing on the chimney.
They came and looked at the job very quickly and did the work straight away. They gave the work a 5 year guarantee so time will tell. I would recommend them particularly if you need work doing quickly. Thank you

House 11 years old with tiled roof. Mortar from the tiles is falling into the valley between two roof area. Job is to replace loose / lost mortar and clean up.
Paul arrived spot on time to re-point a roof valley at a price I was very happy with. He was very polite & friendly & did a clean job that looks good to my untrained eye. He volunteered some useful comments about the state of the roof without trying to make a sale and did an additional repair of a problem I hadn't previously noticed at no extra charge. The only reason for dropping a star on the quality rating is that with this sort of work, I can't really tell how well the job was done until a couple of hard winters have passed. However, right now, I would not hesitate to use Apex again or recommending to friends/neighbours.

I have damp penetrating through my roof, I have noticed some of the membrane has slipped and some is missing. I would like a quote from a reputable roofer to make good.
This is the second time I have done this, this site has its problems Richard which I would definately make a complaint about, for hopefully the final time I can say that Mr Parry was very helpful, carried out the work to a high standard and was extremely easy to deal with, I would recommend him to others and would use him again in the future

There is a leak in the roof, evidenced by brown water marks on the bedroom ceiling. And when we looked in the loft we could see water stains on the insulation. It was completely dry when we first noticed it. So we thought it might have been due to an old problem with the roof when a ridge tile blew off and we we'd had that replaced. But last night there was a heavy rain storm and afterwards we could hear a dripping noise coming from the roof. It doesn't seem to have come through to the bedroom ceiling. But it obviously needs further investigation to resolve it. The house is around 20 years old, no other problems with the roof.

When it rains I can hear a constant dripping from within the chimney breast in the bedroom on the 1st floor ( I can hear the dripping because of the air vent that is fitted in the chimney breast) I have checked in the loft and I can find no leaks in the area of the chimney.The ridge tiles are all in place and secure. The pointing on the chimney stack seems to be in good condition. There is a flue pipe running from the stack to a wood burning fire on the ground floor (I have found no rain water in the stove) There is a cowl fitted to the chimney stack over the flue. The house is a mid terrace.

Tiled roof is leaking on my bugalow but I can't see any broken or lose tiles You can see from inside my loft which is floorboarded that the under felt has ripped. The tiles are concreteand I have pointed the chimney's and had the ridge tiles replaced last year The lead flashing looks OK
