I live in a 2 storey terraced house in Birchwood, Warrington. I believe I may have a broken roof tile approx. 8ft back from the eaves at the rear of the house (can see daylight inside the loft). There is road access to the front of the house but not the back - ladders etc can get to the back of the house either by footpath or through a neighbour's garden. Our back garden is lawned and currently quite soft. I would like a quote for investigation and, if necessary, replacement of the broken tile. Timing: ASAP
Darius responded quickly to my request for investigation of a broken roof tile. He came round the next morning fully prepared to do the job on the spot. I need some pointing doing on the gable where the roof and wall meet. Some of the mortar has come out. Also some lead flashing needs re attaching and pointing on a small porch above the front door. neither are big jobs just repairs
Paul came and quoted a reasonable price. He was really quick at getting in touch with me. He was also able to do the job there and then which suited me as I didn't need more time of work. The work looks great and he's is a nice guy and would recommend

Cut to size and replace one (broken) roofing tile that has fallen off my porch roof. Also replace two broken fascia boards with new ones and re-attach the lead sheet that also fell off.
I wish every tradesperson was as polite, tidy, and efficient as Darius. He does a cracking job and charges very reasonable prices. I will definitely use him again if I need any more work doing.

The joint (lead and woodwork) at the apex of the roof where the extension is attached needs to be altered to carry out a permanent repair. The joint is ten years old and has leaked every few years when temporary repairs have failed. A proper job needs doing on this.
Good communication, reliable and did a good job. Pleased, and would use them again.
