Job Wet patch appearing on corner of bedroom ceiling, plus damp in that same area + of whole outer wall....

Comment A very polite, knowledgeable and efficient young man. Responded minutes after posting the work on your site and came later the same day to give a quote. The repair was done two days later and well below my original budget! This has been a long standing problem, so time and weather will tell if it has been corrected. Getting a good, trustworthy roofer is very difficult. This same job has been done in very recent years by two other 'cowboys' with Confederation of Roofers qualifications. They charged an absolute fortune and the roof still leaked!! I'm hoping that at last I have found the right person for the job! B
