He was polite at all times and the work was undertaken efficiently with minimal debris left. Overall - very satisfied."

"Builder arrived promptly at agreed time to do the estimate, and came the next day to carry out the repairs to the roof. Found the hole in the dormer roof that had elluded the previous builder, through which the water had been leaking and repaired it. Left the site clean. So far the dormer has not leaked (had some heavy rain showers to test it). He was very easy to work with and has an exceedingly helpful manner. Last but not least, the price was very competitive. Great job!"
