Unsold Job, Updated Details : The lead doesn't need to be replaced on the conservatory roof but there may be some small gaps to be filled. As far as we can see there are no tiles missing on the roof but may be a problem with the guttering. The leaks appeared when we had very heavy rain. Original : Conservatory roof leaking where the leadwork meets the brick wall. Also leaking roof at the guttering/slates on the side of the house. The house is 6 years old.
quickly came out to give a reasonable quote. turned up to do the job exactly when he said he would. worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. couldn't ask for more. Would use this firm again.

Gutters need cleaning and repairing - part has fallen down and needs replacing (I have the piece) and joints need reselling. Guttering needs realigning too.
Quick quote which was very reasonable. Kept in touch about start time and timescales. Very reliable tradesmen who completed work to high standard and removed all debris. Would use again and certainly recommend.

to waterproof a garage roof. Mix of corrugated metal and low grade asbestos sheets.. would like some kind of rubber or sealant put on to waterproof it if possible.
Paul arrived when he said he would and got straight on with the job. He had to get acouple of small beams as mine were rotten but didn't charge me any extra. He took all the rubbish away and cleaned up after. Job well done. Would use him again.

Couple of tiles need adjusting (possible leadwork included) due to fire damage. Also require guttering and downpipe to be replaced at the rear of property. It is a 2 bed terraced property. Have been advised already that the work can be done ladders - no scaffolding required.
