Budget Under £250

Job Slate roofed mid-terrace house in Durham. Roof needs maintenance work as is leaking in several areas, some slipped and cracked / damaged /missing slates need repairing. Would like to be able to open loft hatch and not see daylight! The kitchen extension roof also needs attention.

Comment Acorn Property services undertook general maintenance on our roof in November 2012. I'm very satisfied with the work carried out. They were thorough when checking there were no signs of daylight in the loft (there were many holes and gaps visible beforehand), and used the correct materials when replacing broken / missing tiles. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and I would certainly use them again in the future. Lewis
