roof leaking in on a flat roof outbuilding approx 12'x12'
Michael came and had a look at the roof and told us that we did't have to have the whole roof replaced. He gave us a quote which we found was very reasonable.The job was completed within 2 days of giving us the quote.

New laths and underfelt will be needed (there is no felt under the current slates. There are two valleys to be re-leaded and various flashings. The area is difficult to calculate but will be in excess of 2000 sq feet
